$120 - USA SPEC BT45-HON3 - Brand New USA SPEC BT45-HON3. I never got around to installing this into my Pilot before I changed the radio to a non factory unit. 

$75 - USA SPEC PA-HON2 or iSimple HD571. Both have a ipod connector that integrates with newer honda and acuras, integration with navigation will vary. Both are used, but working perfectly fine. First buyer had the option of an aux bluetooth unit for $10 if they want.
