Selling my immaculate Crystal Black Pearl (exterior) over Black Ebony Leather (interior) Sport Wagon with Technology Package plus many aftermarket upgrades. The Sport Wagon comes standard with the TSX's 201-horsepower, 2.4-liter inline-4 engine and five-speed automatic transmission with shift paddles on the steering wheel.

The optional Technology package adds Bluetooth audio/music streaming and hands-free telephone, rearview camera, a hard-drive-based navigation system, voice recognition, real-time traffic and weather forecasting, a 10-speaker Acura/ELS surround-sound system with single-CD player, digital music storage and, a power liftgate.

Clean CarFax with no accidents, and clean paper Texas Title in my name.

In the past 12 months the following improvements and upgrades were completed:
- Replaced stock mufflers with Magnaflow performance exhaust system and added Vibrant resonator (professionally installed).  Gives the car a sporty exhaust note, but no rasp or drone.  
- Replaced stock 17" wheels with Flow One F2 18x8.5 wheels in Gunmetal Grey
- Replaced tires with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 235/45ZR18 Performance Tires (have since put less than 7,000 miles on them)
- Full paint restoration with clay bar, polish, carnauba wax, headlight restore, and engine bay cleaning
- Installed Curt 1 1/4" trailer hitch
- Performed "100k mile recommended service" including: new NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plugs, flushed and refilled transmission fluid and coolant
- Replaced old floormats with brand new Acura OEM mats
- Replaced scratched up front and passenger inside door handles with brand new Acura replacement parts
- Installed Second Skin Damplifier Pro Premium Car Sound Deadening Material (2mm) in the driver doors and trunk floor
- 80% chrome delete:  satin black 3M vinyl wrap on the window trim, gunmetal 3M wrap (to match the wheels) on the door handles and grill, gunmetal paint on the roof rack.  Exhaust tips and fog light surrounds are still chrome.

I have both sets of original keyfobs and keys for the vehicle as well as Owner's Manual.  

The only known issue is that the passenger side rear fold-down seat latch has become disconnected from the cable. It can be laid down, but you have to pull the cable with a pair of plyers. The driver side rear fold down latch and seat works perfectly.

- Not applicable.  I own the car outright. 
6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced
- It has a timing chain which doesn't require replacement like a belt would. Water Pump and Tensioner have not been replaced to my knowledge
