With the warmer climate in Georgia, I decided to purchase some Michelin Pilot Sport tires for my wife's brand new ILX Premium to replace the Michelin Primacy all-seasons that came on it stock. These tires have right around 450 miles on them from driving the car for about two weeks since purchase. Treadwear is, well, quite literally almost 10/32nds. These are a great choice if you are looking to replace the O.E. tires on your ILX prior to lease turn in or just want a great deal on tires that are 99.99999% new.

I am willing to ship, but with the increase of shipping costs lately, it is not cheap at all. I'm in the Atlanta, GA metro area and to give you an idea, I was running a quote to ship the 4 of them to a member here in Arizona and it came out to close to $200. I can work with you a bit on shipping if you are not on the opposite coast, but I would much prefer a local buyer.
