Description:

Hey Acurazine! For sale is my 2003 Acura 3.2 CL Type S with the 6 speed Manual Transmission. The car has served me well for the past 6 years (I purchased it in May 2013) and I'm sad to see it go, but I need to make room for my new Miata.

My car is essentially bone stock, with the only modification being MB Five X wheels.

Recent maintenance includes:
-Manual Transmission Fluid (Acura MTF) ~ 6 months ago
-Acura/Takata airbag recall completed at dealership
-Valve Adjustment, Idle Air Control Valve, and Front Ball Joint Replacement (OE Acura Parts, ~1 year ago)
-New DieHard Battery (~1 year ago)
-Passenger Side Window Regulator (OE Acura Parts, ~1 year ago)
-Oil changes every ~4000 miles, engine and cabin air filters replaced regularly as needed
Other work completed during my ownership:
-NGK Iridium Spark Plugs ~ 2 years ago
-New Power Steering Rack ~3 years ago (OE Acura Part installed at dealership)
-Engine mounts replaced ~5 years ago (OE Acura Parts)
-Serpentine Belt and Power Steering Pump ~6 years ago when I purchased the car (OE Acura Pump)
-All fluids replaced on schedule

The Good
-Interior is in great shape, no rips or tears in the leather
-AC and Heat work Great
- Powertrain has been super reliable with no problems during my ownership - I've made 11 cross country trips during my ownership with zero issues or breakdowns
-All electricals work fine with no issues
-Sunroof works fine with no leaks
-Bose Stereo sounds awesome and works great
-Windows were tinted by the previous owner
-Heated seats are great when it's cold out
-Cargo net and all weather mat in trunk, original carpet mats and rubber mats inside car
-The back seat is surprisingly roomy and the trunk is huge
-No check engine lights or trouble codes
-Shifts are crisp, clutch is in great shape

The Bad
-Some brake pulsation under hard braking. Brakes were last done ~4 years ago and are probably due for replacement soon
-Drivers seat recline motor is stuck, this is a common issue with this car and is supposedly an easy fix. I haven't bothered because it's in the perfect position for me. Forward/Back/Up/Down still work perfectly fine, and the passenger seat is fully functional
-Paint fade which is typical of most Japanese cars of this era. I've tried to highlight this in the photos, the worst of it is on the roof. However, no rust anywhere.
-General scrapes and door dings from being a daily driver
-There is a slow oil leak that I haven't found the source of. However, I've checked oil level regularly and have never needed to top up between oil changes. It's not enough of a leak to cause drips or puddles on the ground.
-3 tires are General G-Max AS-03, and 1 is a Kelly Edge A/S. I hit a nail and was not able to find a matching replacement locally. I've kept the mismatched tire on the rear axle.

Clean Washington title under my name on hand. If you don't know how to drive manual, please bring a friend who knows how to for the test drive!
