Selling our 2005 Acura TL. The car runs great and is very comfortable on the highway.

We have all maintenance records. The folder is 4 inches thick. No accidents. This is a California car that did a four year stint in northern Florida.

Some recent maintenance items:
~2018 AC service by Acura dealership, still blows cold for the 120F summer heatwaves
- 245k 10/21/2021 power steering pump, alternator, serpentine belt
- 255k 08/19/2022 brake pads and grind rotors
- 267k 07/15/2023 starter motor
- 277k 03/22/2024 4 new tires, new spare tire
- 284k 08/17/2024 2x New headlights & HID Ballast

The only thing that does not work is the original navigation, where the car is saying disk read error. I don't know if the DVD is scratched or the DVD player laser is out of sync. The hands free link unplugged, as it causes battery drain. The dash cracked in 2020  . 

1. Reason for selling.
This was my daily driver, and I bought a brand new car this year.

2. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)?
I say the car is "one owner like". My farther in law was the original driver. Car was a corporate lease to him brand new. He like the car so much he purchased the car at the end of the lease. In 2015, he gave the car to my wife who is the current owner. I've been the primary driver since 2021 and put about 50k miles on the car.

3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
Title is clean.

3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder?
Title is in hand.

6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.
Timing belt was last done in 2015 with 223k miles. I need to pull up the receipt again if it was just the belt, or the works.
