How about something like a Navtool? Not only does it have video inputs (can install front AND side cameras , It also has wireless carplay/Android Auto capability built in as well.

My 2006 TL has the wiring installed for the TV&NAV2GO unit, mine died, so I thought it would be easiest to simply replace it with another. Dom no longer sells or services the units, and now only supports digital interfaces. My TL has a factory analog navigation system.

Will a Navtool unit be compatible with my TL?
