Homemade air intake w/shield | Engine - Intake/Fuel | $100 | This air intake was my favourite thing. The sounds these cars make with an open filter is just amazing. This filter is an AEM dryflow and the silicone elbow is 4ply reinforced. The MAF housing is dremmeled out of the oem airbox so there is NO check engine light. Jb4 tuner | Engine - Electrical | $300 | The jb4 tuner is a bit of a mixed bag. You could definitely feel a hp and torque increase but it doesn’t fully jive with how the car is trying to protect itself. The boost comes on suddenly instead of how it comes on from factory nice and smooth and from a stand still wide open throttle it will cut boost during the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts effectively making the car no faster during 0-60 or 1/4 times. However booting around town or on the hwy and then smashing the gas it definitely feels faster. Plus you can data log and check/clear codes as well as easy install. All that’s required is to download the app. Bluetooth dongle is included. Price is obo USD plus shipping |
