Acura Parts Warehouse says 97-99
Honda Parts Warehouse says 98-99 .

To enhance the probability of a sale it may be prudent to supply the specific 'fitments' information for 15811-P8A-A01.
That part does not reconcile with any TL's other than the model year 1999 Acura TL.
