I just purchased a 2005 Acura RSX BASE MODEL with 67,000 miles on it and I noticed a slight vibration when I 1st accelerate from a complete stop. I replaced the air filter and the oil change and spark plugs were changed with in the month. Is there any thing else I can do? It's not a bad problem I was just making sure it doesn't lead to any future problems.

 

The car also has a skunk 2 coilover set on it which I feel may be the cause of the problem. I just replaced the front tires as well

 

When I went to adjust the front coil overs I noticed they r very easily adjusted. Do u think this could.be the problem?

 

Did you ever figure this out? My 2002 RSX AT does the same thing. Been told it is the motor mounts, just want to make sure before I Spend $400.

 

Check on your motor mounts. The usual one that tears on the RSX is the passenger side. It's sitting in plain view and should be easy to spot if it's broken. Happened with my old RSX. Then I got Innovative mounts and never had any issues after. $400? You should find one cheaper. It shouldn't run you that much.
