Transmission noise during shut off. (video)

1) Noise from clutch / transmission when shut off engine.
2) Noise does not occur when clutch is pressed, as I shut off engine.
3) Fluid level is correct.
4) In neutral gears.
5) Car has strong shake during acceleration.
What could the noise be? This does not happen when clutch is pressed.
Any idea?
