Unhappy Suspension question. Help I'm a noob lol.

What are these bolts in the engine bay? Please be easy on me, I don't know much about suspension & I'm asking because I want to learn more. I know it has Skunk2 lowering springs. (Btw these are loose and very easy to pull out, should they be this way? One last thing, why is there an H & L and an arrow on them? Is the arrow supposed to be pointing a certain way?

Okay so I can't post attachments.. Basically they are the 2 bolts in the upper left & right of the engine bay. I know they have something to do with the suspension.

You're best best is to take it to a specialty wheel and tire shop. One with a good reputation.

Well I don't have my RSX anymore, but if it's the Type S it maybe the nuts that hold down the strut tower bar. Just make sure they aren't the ones holding your struts in place. But no matter what, you don't want loose nuts. So just play it safe and tighten it down.

As you can see where my Spoon Strut bar was sitting is where the strut bolts are. There are other nuts with what seems to be nothing. That's actually where the stock strut bar was sitting.
