Srs 15-3 opds sensor replacement

Hi, First time on the site and im hoping someone can help me out.

I recently got the 15-3 opds sensor on my 04 rsx and im wondering if anyone can tell me if its possible to troubleshoot the sensor with a multimeter by using resistance setting? I know there are 3 sensor pads in the passenger cushion but how do I know which one is faulty? Also how do I test the opds module on the side of the passenger seat?

If anyone has ever done this please let me know. I could possibly buy a used passenger seat but I would like to know if its possible to test the sensors before I buy.

Thanks!

Here is what I found in the Helm factory service manual. It could be the OPDS Sensor or the OPDS Unit. Get the service manual here:
RSX Service Manual download

DTC 15-3: Faulty OPDS Sensor
NOTE: Aftermarket devices (fluorescent lights, laptop computers, etc.) used near the front passenger’s seatback can interfere with the seat-back sensors and cause a false DTC 15-3. If one of these devices was used, erase the DTC, operate the device near the seat-back, and recheck for DTCs. If DTC 15-3 is reset, erase it, and do not use the device near the seat-back.

1. Erase the DTC memory (see page 23-23).
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and check that the SRS indicator comes on for about 6 seconds and then goes off.
YES - Go to step 3.
NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Go to Troubleshooting Intermittent Failures (see page 23-24). If another DTC is indicated, go to the DTC Troubleshooting Index.
3. Check the connection at the OPDS sensor harness connector and the OPDS unit connector. Are the connections OK?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Reconnect the OPDS sensor harness connector, and clear the DTC.
4. Replace the OPDS sensor/seat-back foam (see page 20-79), and reinitialize the OPDS system (see page 23-24).
5. Erase the DTC memory, then check for DTC 15-3. Is DTC 15-3 indicated?
YES - Replace the OPDS unit (see page 23-143).
NO - The system is OK.
