Hello Acura friends, I just ordered my HID kit for my 06 RSX Type-S and noticed that it doesn't come with x clip (spacer?) and I found some on eBay and on amazon but I was wondering if this x clip can be something I can go pick up from a store that does HID installs or is there some kind of work around that can be done?

Your question is beat addressed in the RSX forum so i will move this thread over there. Hope that you receive an answer to your question.

 

Use the C clip that came with the packaging. So when you unscrew the shipping protective case around the bulb, there is like a C shaped piece of plastic that secures the bulb to the packaging. Should be enough of a spacer to do the job.

 

Thanks for the suggestion but I went ahead a bought some off eBay for $10.
