Hello and welcome!

I moved this to the RSX sub-forum. Hopefully someone in here can give you the answer you're looking for.

Go to any Acura OEM parts website, enter the information on your car (year, model), and there should be a page for the Throttle Body. Once you have the part number, you can search for your best price. You can also ebay for used OEM throttle Body.

The throttle position sensor is cheap enough, but finding and paying a mechanic who is good enough to replace it properly could cost you more than a used throttle body.

And paying one who isn't good enough to replace it could do more damage than what you'd pay for the throttle body.

There are currently a bunch available on eBay for around $100-150. You could also put a WTB post up in the Black Market. Good luck.
