Hello! I have an '06 RSX and I just found out the clip is broken in my drivers side headlight. (the bulb won't stay firmly in place without it) An Acura dealer priced $500 to replace the entire housing + labor. Any other options? Any spots to get cheaper headlights or a way to fix it for cheaper? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

 

Check Ebay for replacement headlight assemblies. I bought a pair for my '02 RSX for under $200 shipped. There are several styles, but they likely won't match the originals exactly so both should be replaced.

 

If you're speaking of the X-clip (H1 bulb sits in it and the H/L harness plugs into it), you should be able to get it as a separate piece. The retaining clip is a different story and is not available as its own independent piece, however if times are tough (and I know how tough they can be), you can take a piece of wire coat hanger, cut and shape to length and it should be an ok fix until you can get the housing replaced.
