Hi Guys

I have a Acura rsx type-S 2002. It has 93K and the check engine sign has come up.

I took it to autozone and these are the codes that came up:

-P1456 system leak detected (fuel tank system)
-P1298 Electric Load Ditector circuit high input
-P1167 sensor 1 heater circuit malfunction

I wanted to work on this stuff myself but not sure since I just started to work on my car fixing little stuff. Can you guys give me insight to these codes and what might be involved. Or if it's better if I just go to a mechanic.

Check your local dealership. Most dealerships will pull the codes for free if you have a check engine light on. I see you already have the codes but maybe they could help explain the codes for you in a little more detail and possibly give you prices.
