Both fans dont run when the car is on, once I turn the AC on only the fan on the driver side runs. The other fan on the passenger side does not run when the car is on or when the AC is on. First of all, I would like to know which fan is the one for the AC and which one is for the Coolant? Then, is it normal that both fans dont run while the car is on? The temp gauge never been on H or even close to half way. Any help please...
