Hey guys, I was hoping to pick some people brains to see what they think the issues to my engine may be. Lately when starting my car regardless of temperature, instead of my RPMS going to the typical 1500 when cold or 800 when warm, they go to about 500 and my engine is clearly under powered. Usually after driving for a while they will eventually go back to 800-1200 RPMs. It's driving me nuts.
What do you think it is?

ALSO, I've always have cylinder 3 misfire, it's lower pressure then the rest and is not the spark plugs or the ignition coils. What else might it be?
