Hey guys

A friend of mine is having some issues.

1. Battery died and tried jumping it. Started fine but the car alarm won't shut off. Is there a switch on the hood that needs bypassed while jump starting the car? Is there a way to disable it?


2. Car seems to be stuck in park. I managed to use the shift interlock but soon as I take the key out it just sits on that gear till I do it again.. Is this a common issue?

Any info is awesome
