Warning light

So we had a flat tire on our 2016 a-spec and had to use the spare off my MDX to get the ILX home. Due to the incorrect tire size the "Road Departure Mitigation System Problem" warning came on. I have replaced the tire now and driven it a short distance 1-2 miles but warning is still present. Is there a way to turn off warning? will it reset on own? I have OBD2 scanner but I'm thinking it would not be connected to that system. Has anyone had this occur? Thank you.

you can try undoing the negative connection on battery for 5 minutes and reconnecting
