Multi-information display help

Multi-information display help

i just bought my 2013 acura ilx. It has 77k miles. I love the car. I just have a black screen between my tach and spedometer. It shows trip a trip b odometer and temp but everything above it is black. What can i do? Please help

Use the controls mounted to the right of your steering wheel to toggle through the different available info that's displayed there.

I use those buttons on the steering wheel. But the screen remains black when I press the circled i the odometer changes to black and then I see 1/7 the screen above is still black. It has never lit up since I bought the car. Thank you

I would go back right away at the dealer you got it from. Hopefully i wasnt a private seller.

Unfortunately it was a private seller. So I guess the only way I can get it to work is if I get a new cluster.
