Highway vibration problems

Hey guys, so im having problems with the steering wheel shaking a little when at highway speeds. Just dropped it on eibach prokit, and it felt fine. About two weeks later I got new wheels (225/40/18) on 18x8.5s +35 and thats when the wheel wobble/shaking started to happen. Car has 37k on it. Ive gotten the rear camber fixed with camber arms and aligned properly in front and back at shop. Even balanced the wheels 3 times. Super smooth up to 50/60 mph. But if i try and go 70/80 and beyond it just feels like crap. Wheel starts to shake and gets worse the faster I go. When I first got wheels, they didnt come with the hub centric rings. Had to order them in at discount tire which i think they might have still ordered the wrong ones. The hub centric rings helped a little and so did getting an alignment, but still not smooth on highway, and I like to go fast at times. Anyways, any help is appreciated. Thanks

UPDATE: Looked like my front right tire wasnt properly balanced correctly, went to a place where they road force balance, cause they had to tire match that certain tire. Smooth now on highway
