Does anyone know why my iPhone 6 plus is compatible with everything in my brand new 2017 Acura ILX car, but will not work with the AcuraLink navigation app? i bought the cords and downloaded the app, and it won't connect with my car?

 

Do you have the Premium package?

 

Yes I do have the premium package. The package that does not have navigation built in, but allows you to download the navigation app and have it displayed on the top screen. however, it won't work and it's frustrating to say the least.

 

It's a new car under warranty. Let the dealer figure it out.
