Hello, i own an Acura Ilx 2013 tech with 97k miles, i noticed that the rear suspension behind the driver is making a noise the mechanic tolds me that i need to change the suspension because is not working good anymore, my question is that suspension is the same as the Honda civic 2013? , because on my country is a hard to find out acura ILX parts.

I have a 2020 ILX, and the beefer sway bar seems to stop being compatible after 2018?
Do you happen to know if something changed in 2019 or is the cutoff bogus information?
