2019 ILX power outlet stopped working- fuse seems good and still not working
Power outlet stopped working. I had a 12v splitter that looks like the plug melted while plugged in, but the socket itself looks fine from the outside. I checked the 20a fuse listed as #27 and it didn't look blown. Replaced it anyway and outlet still doesn't work. What to check next? Are there any other related fuses or is it the plug? I would rather not take it to the dealer and they are super backed up for appointments now.

Check Fuse B19, B27.
Test the Power Outlet Relay. You can swap it with the A/C Clutch Relay (or any other relay that won't trigger DTCs) for a quick test.
Check Power/Ground at the Outlet.
If it were me, I'd go straight after the outlet, remove that and check power/ground at the connector. Probably just blew the internal fuse of the outlet.

Yes, that's most likely. Any videos floating around of how to remove it? I think that's what happened, don't want to mess it up more though since I'm not sure how it is removed and replaced. Otherwise I'll just be waiting a month for service which might not be a bad idea either.
