I have this problem where the moonroof gets stuck either tilted or opened all the way, I’ve done the reset process where it involves turning the car on and off while pressing the button to no avail. When it is stuck open and I press the button to close it, it makes a noise as if it wants to shut but it doesn’t roll forward, it jerks lightly and stops then I have to try it all again, I’ve added silicone/grease to the wheels and around the seal to see if it would fix the problem but nothing, any ideas what it could be? I’ve had luck with holding it forward to close it but it takes a good amount of tries before it closes, like an insane amount of tries. I’ve checked the fuse and it is fine as well.Anyone had this issue before?
