Can i use a 2015 ilx lower ball joint on a 2016 ilx?

Can i use a 2015 ilx lower ball joint on a 2016 ilx?
Im asking because when i look up for a ball joint for a 2016 ilx i only got one or two options of brand but 2015 ilx has moog and other brands that are better. I look at the pictures and they look identical. I really don't know though because the angles could be different.
