Wow...ILX lease is CHEAP

I picked up my Polished Metal 2.4 6-speed today. I did the 36-month lease with 12K miles for $1,168 down and $329 a month including 8% tax. Car price was $27,530 before fees. Replaced 2004 TSX 6-speed with 120K miles. This is my 6th Acura.

Thanks. I really like the way it drives. More tire/road noise than I would like, but not unbearable.
BTW, my price included trunk mat, wheel locks, and mud flaps, so $27K is probably doable if you don't want/need these items. I told my salesman they could keep the wheel locks, but he said they were already on the car. I don't see the mud flaps as an option on the Acura site. They are paint color and pretty low profile. I never liked the looks of the generic black ones. Should be included from the factory.
I also let them talk me into the 7-year paint and interior protection package. I paid $250, not the $750 they were asking. Added about $7 to my monthly payment. Typical closing tactic. They tell me how wonderful it is and say the price is $749. I say no thanks. They ask me what I would pay for it. I say $149. They laugh and say how about $349. I say $199. They say $299. I say $249. They say how about $250. I say yes. My target price was $200.
Hit them at $26.5K and see where you end up.

Not to get too personal; but what have people with "less than perfect credit" been getting as lease deals? My 04 TL was recently totaled (another post to come on that) and I just test drove the ILX and fell in love.
I'm thinking of leasing but don't have much experience with that. I'm wondering if anyone out there in a similar credit situation have fared with reasonable lease rates?

I just received an email from my Acura dealer with a deal for the 5AT ILX base, for $275 a month including taxes, and with $302 down. Of course, the email doesn't list the money factor or purchase price, but on the face of it that doesn't seem a bad deal. I'm half tempted to go in and lease one through my business. My dealer has almost 20 of these in stock.

The residual is, I think, a bit north of $17K. I replaced an 11½-year-old Saturn SC2 coupe with 103K miles on it; this time leasing made more sense for me.

I got my ILX tech. White pearl with all the mats and trunk mat about 14 months ago for $2000 down and $259 per month 36 months 10k a year $19k end of lease buy out. Looks like if we go to the end of lease I beat you by about $1300 but if we bail at the lease mid point you beat me by a couple of hundred. Either way at these lease rates the ILX is hard to beat!! Mine has now grown on me and even though the road noise is pretty high it's a great car to drive. Enjoy!!

Trying to figure out of I got a good deal or a terrible one, depending if your price includes ttl or not.
