Hello All

I have my eyes on a set of rims that I would like to put onto my 2016 ilx. I am new to the car scene and have attempted to do my own research in figuring out what fits and what doesn't. However, Id just like some reassurance from the more experienced before I drop a couple hundred.
So the specs for the stock wheels on the 2016 ilx are
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Offset: 45mm

The specs of the wheels i want
Bolt Pattern:5x114.3
offset:40mm

Will the 5mm difference in offset matter?
Is there anything else that I should consider that Im missing?

You shouldnt have a problem, i'm not dropped yet, so i'm not seeing/feeeling any rubbing - i'll update once i have my springs installed.

 

nice wheels dude, I'm also loving that bike rack, what set up is that?.... looks like Thule if i'm not mistaking.... it's going to look sick once you lower it.

 

18x8 +40 will fit just fine.

P.S. Dont call them rims. The rim is part of a wheel. You want new wheels.
