When is the time on a lease that you can move to a new lease?

When is the time on a lease that you can move to a new lease?

I'm on a 36 month lease on my ILX at what month are you no longer upside down and Acura would be willing to move you to a new lease on a new Acura?

There is no set rule on this. If your dealer is able to trade you out, you're good to go. It all depends on the payoff vs. trade value. IMO, 8 months is pretty early....

ive done it after 9 months. You can do it anytime you want. You can even trade your lease into a different manufacturer. Just expect to possibly pay accordingly, it all depends on the deal you negotiated for your lease.

pitbull...As others have said, it will vary from car to cars and parameters such as condition of the car, mileage on the vehicle etc will all have an impact. From my experience, usually, about 33-36 months into a 48 month lease have always turned a zero upside down equity.
