VLEDS compatible with DRL 2013 ILX?

I've been shopping around for the best LED replacement for my DRL/high beams and came across VLEDS as the best result. Could you guys help me as to which one would work best?

I'm aware that we need dual voltage for our cars but would the regular 9005 led headlight work with voltage booster?
9005 LMZ PLATINUM ULTRA OUTPUT LED HEADLIGHTS - 9005 HB3 - Headlights - Shop Bulb Type

Or should I use the standard DRL replacement with the acura/honda DRL harness?

There is only one person you need direct these questions to. And that would be Thmanx. He posts around here in the ILX section.

By "voltage booster" what are you referring to..? A relay harness? If you connect a relay harness to your DRL Circuit, either bulbs will work but they'll be both at full voltage (12V).
