Standard power jack

I know it's probably in the manual, but I thought the ILX didn't have a "cigarette lighter" jack and had the USB instead. Turns out there is a cigarette lighter jack after all, at the bottom of the middle "holder" area.

My initial thought was, what a stupid place to put it. Now, I think it's great! I can put my cell phone in there and charge it and if I leave it in the car by accident it's not an obvious target for thieves.

So, just in case there's anyone else out there who, like me, didn't know there was a traditional cigarette lighter power jack, it's there!

It's great too because it's designed so you can snake a wire out of there...looks cleaner than having things come out of the center console.

Ahh, I knew that was there but plugging my radar detector into that outlet from the dash doesn't work well.
Can't believe they didn't have one placed on the lower dash area, had to hardwire my detector as a result.

Agree that it works well being able to snake a wire out.

Also agree that they should have put another one somewhere else.
