Siri Eyes
I think that the key to "Siri happiness" is understanding how the system works before you get in the car. In other words, if you are using the system day in and day out then you don't have to think about the commands when you get in the car and are driving.
When driving, I often use it for quick text messages and for Reminders. For some reason, things I need to do suddenly pop into my head when I'm on the road. Being able to say, "remind me to call Thomas when I get to work today" is a great help. (This entire post was dictated using Siri)

^^ You say the word "comma" or "open quote (or "close quote")" when you want punctuation. When using Siri for texts, if it reads it back wrong, you can say "change it" to re-record the message. Just remember to try to speak whole sentences. This way, Siri understands the difference between "there, their and they're"
