When I plug in my galaxy s 5 into the USB my screen reads "unsupported"
Is there a software upgrade or a way around this? My iPhone 5 didn't have this issue. This is most unsettling being that this is like the #2 phone on the USA market

 

The ILX I'm pretty sure is only for Apple products. I have an S6 and none of the apps are supported because it is an Android and not IOS.

 

I would double check that you're selecting USB and not iPod in the ILX.

 

apps. i would assume you have the nav package? i got my 13 last november. premium pack. i knew my samsung only did bt and usb audio.
