maybe accompany the pictures with some sort of text, so we can figure out what the heck we are supposed to opine on.

lol I thought everyone knew what the one-and-only available (Stock) ILX bumper looks like, so by showing a picture of a different bumper (Genuine '09-'10 TSX Accessory bumper) on the ILX, I assumed everyone would realize that's the subject to give their opinions on.

Also, there are two Jewel eye LED's replacing the Halogen High beams. Just if didn't see those either.

I really did think the different bumper would be obvious though.. Guess my Photoshop skills are tricking some of you. Next time there will be text!

Here is the rear quarter view of the A-Spec.

A-Spec vs Base side by side.

LOVE that front bumper. I'd rock it. And that rear 3/4 view of the "A-Spec" sedan = . Nice work on those renderings, Dillon.

It was obvious to me. Dont worry man
Those look great! Id rock the rear all day. Front is a tiny bit too big in my opinion. But the same exact design that fit the grill more would be siiick. Or maybe copy the rlx grill.

Over at TOV.net, I was asked to do another front bumper but with more of the ILX's concept design elements, so I threw some things together. Could this be the new ILX front bumper after MMC?? lol

Fog lights with this bumper are slightly odd looking, but round ones don't work at all. I found The Accord Sedan's to look best tucked in the corners. The middle air intake was taken off the '14 MDX and so were the Jewel eyes which are the high beams and DRL's. ignoring the LED's in the chrome trim around the outer most air intakes because most of you don't like them unless they are on an Audi...

Messed with the rear a bit too.

Looks angry and serious now.

Revisions will be done to the license plate cut out though. Now that I've uploaded I don't like the out side ' / \ ' parts. I rather have the bottom crease extend into the taillights like on the 1G TSX.

I like the stick bumper better than that most recent one.

God, that A-Spec does wonders to the car's appearance. Make that the MMC and add a SH-AWD trim and I just may end up upgrading early

Exhausts looks great. Tail lights look how they should have been.
First front bumper is on the money. The only thing I would change is take that middle air dam and make it half as low to the ground. Leave the side air dams the same size and bring the points on the side air dams upward to connect with the now smaller middle air dam.
It would then mimic the ILX front a little more than being a direct TSX copy but would still make the car gorgeous.
Id also consider bringing the exhausts up higher and connecting the bumper underneath. Then you can work with different shapes. Maybe a more triangle design.
I DO NOT like the license plate cut out. Sometimes less is more.

Throw a rear window visor on, some side windows visors. Some wheels maybe 19x10.5 +20 with radiused fenders... omg my pants.

Then a custom light set up. Definitely need the jewel eyes. Pretty much a clear RLX headlights. Front grill I think should be pretty similar to the RLX as well. Maybe a small chrome trim above the license plate cut out as well as the handles and maybe along the side as well with door moldings that stretch the entire car.

Will get to workin' like a horse tomorrow, once I get home form school and finish my homework, Boss.

I have to change the license plate cut out. The more and more I look at it the more and more I want to change it.

hahaha That is just where I would go with it. Youve done a really solid job. I'm a perfectionist and would get down and change every piece slightly if given the time.

Again, great work!

Having done the exhaust mod, I will tell you that a muffler will not fit behind the rear axle and behind the bumper without being 100% visible.

Otherwise I like the look of the headlights and tail lights.

^ Which is why if I ever come to own an ILX and do the DIY, I'd be using the RDX style muffler and loose some trunk space (More like spare tire space) to help hide it all other then the tips.
