Hello all, i recently got new speakers installed in the front doors of my 16' ILX Premium A-Spec by my local audio shop. Now ALL power for the two front doors is lost. The electronic locks, windows, mirror, the auto unlock when you touch the handle. The doors will lock with the fob but will not set the alarm. The screen on the dash says there is an issue with the bsi. All they did was unplug the connectors from the door to the door cover. They are clueless about how to resolve the issue. Might be as simple as resetting something. Any help appreciated.

 

I assume nothing got damaged when they put the door back together? No fuse blown?

 

Nope, they checked all the fuses and everything else looked fine.

 

try unplugging the battery for about 15 seconds
