located in southern Ontario, canada.
Just got a 2013 ILX premium.

I have some questions:
1. how is your AM radio frequency?
2. Does your brakes squeal?
3. how to remove the lighting console (the ones where the homelink is). i have a very very annoying rattle there and the dealer says let the car break in? (I think i am going to have to find an indie to do my car).

I have been driving Volvos (had 8 of them from 940-xc70) and this would be my 2nd honda car. the 1st honda car was crushed by a dodge ram, so we came running back to a volvo.

Current milage is 1,800km.

 

Welcome aboard. Feel free to sign in on the Check-In Thread if you so desire. My AM radio reception seems good; I've only used it a few times in the 16 months I've been driving the car, though. No squealing noted from the brakes. And not sure on the process for removal of that console. Hoping someone else can chime in on that.

 

AM radio, well honestly I have yet to try.
Brakes work flawlessly, no abnormal noise whatsoever.
Annoying rattle? dealer won't fix? take to different dealer if possible.
My ILX is merely a few weeks old and I have yet to find anything to remotely complain about. Good luck!

 

AM reception seems okay in mine, though I have noticed that FM reception is pretty spotty. No brake noise or rattles in mine so far.

 

AM radio reception? Ok but don't use it much, no brake squeal either

 

AM radio reception is perfectly fine.

I've used it for the past two months every day! Gotta listen to my ESPN 710, Dodgers, & Lakers game while I commute home!
