Springs or coilovers. Lower always looks and feels better.

Do you recommend any quality brand that'll last in the long run? And a site I can purchase?

Brand I suggest H&R. I had them and liked them.

My ILX with stock 17in wheels and H&R springs.

Same springs on 18in wheels

Looks way better lower. Can the ride height be adjusted anytime? I live out in Hawaii and the vehicle regulations here are really strict so I'll need something that can raise back up to stock in order to pass the safety inspection every so often. A lot of hassle but I deal with the headaches

Not springs. You will need coilovers so you can adjust them. Those you can adjust but you will need to take them off a lot of the time to do so.

Yea. H&R is one of the OG brands, but they are known for their quality. Unlike some Micky-mouse no name ones.

usdmJON, what's your feel on eibachs for the 13-15's?

I could not simply because I have not been in an ILX with them installed.

Though I will say Eibach is a great company. As well their spring drop is a tad higher than H&R so I would venture to say they probably feel a tad more stock as well.

Though I have no clue if Eibach springs use a progressive spring design which H&Rs are.
