Issues with Hood

I am having issues getting the hood opened on my 13 ILX. Maybe my hands are too short but I cant seem to reach the latch. Any suggestions on getting it opened?

lol it seems stupid but my fingers are short n fat n its a struggle for me to open it i feel ur pain

yeah the opening pretty small so if you got large fingers.....SOL hahaha

i have to agree about the ILX hood latch. it took me forever to find the latch, and then getting it open. it is the worse design from all the cars I have ever owned, or rented!

Out of all the things I found on Day 1 of owning this awesome machine the hood release latch seems to be the absolute cheapest thing around.

Good thing there is warranty!
