I just leased an ILX base model which comes standard with halogen headlights. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to put in the factory HID headlights from Acura. It is standard with the premium model.

 

You can buy a bulb specific HID kit or the more expensive route would be to buy the factory HIDs & Healamp from the premium model.. I recommend just buying an HID kit to fit your current lamp though.

 

thats where im at but i gotta find out what kinda bulbs they are... wouldnt be so hard if i would just take one out

 

Check out your owners manual. That will tell you what bulb size it is, without all the hassle.
