I am looking at both. I have a couple of friends at work that are car enthusiasts that have rebuilt multiple cars, and also there are a couple local shops that I am checking out. Nothing definitive yet.

Superchargers are pretty straight forward but thats just for me. I'll tackle most anything not including wiring. lol
If both are a possibility you should definitely do it yourself to save the money and do a diy so others may join.

Yea, this S/C kit is comparatively easier than the 8th gen kit...lots of people have done the install on their own and mention the relative ease and note the lack of exotic tools necessary to complete the job.

This will be a first time evolution for the guys that I am working with. Since they haven't done it before, they are pretty cautious. Since this is my car we are talking about, I am ok with them being careful

Yup. I changed positions in my job, so things are a little chaotic right now, and I can't wait for things to settle down. This weekend I will take pics of the kit, and share.

Good luck, we'll be here to help you out with any tuning questions...or just general questions about modding the car. USDMJon, Trent, and I all have experience on this platform and others.

I can give you some points as I used to have cte s/c on my 8thcivic. I watched both install and uninstall (plus aftercooler install/uninstall) of my kit so I'm pretty familiar with it. CT-E is very reliable, I didn't have any issue at all. This thread is a good source too...
