Dumb question alert: Is this ILX lowered do you think?

Good afternoon, all.
I found this ILX on Ebay and am going for a similar look on mine.
I am saving up for the OEM lip kit, but am curious if you guys think this ILX is lowered too, or are the bigger wheels just playing a trick on me?
Im not going to get new wheels because 1) money 2) I powdered coated the stock wheels gloss black and really like the look of them.
So my dumb question: Do you think this ILX is lowered at all? Or is this about the height I should expect after filling some gap with the Lip kit?
thanks!

the angle of the driveway will ALSO compress the springs. it looks lower than a normal one...but no one can tell you if it's the illusion of the driveway or if dude actually lowered it.
have you tried getting in contact with the owner to ask?

That's exactly what I was thinking. maybe it was not a dumb question afterall. As far as contact goes, I have not. The ebay listing is here for the door handles so i'm guessing this guy/gal bought them and they are just using his/her picture.

^i'm also looking at the "wheel gap" and not the gap between the lip kit.
the wheel gap indicates it's lowered or at least has an illusion of being lowered from the grade of the drive way.

you wont gain much "lowering" from a lip kit.

I would agree, I believe the vehicle appears to be lowered only about 1.3 - 1.5" - But is what it appears based on the picture and looking at the wheel gap. It also appears that they do not have wheel spacers.
