does Acura dealership do inspections and emissions?
Yeah it varies. I'm not sure about that specific service, though when I had to do an oil change they charged me $95 plus tax in California. Last I saw east coast or central US cost varies but usually lower than that, around $50-$60. It really varies.
Each state is different - both in scope and how they charge.
In Maryland for example, you only need an inspection when you first register the car in the state. Only select garages are authorized to do the inspections and pricing varies depending on where you take it but generally is around $50.
Virginia has regular inspections and most service stations (and dealerships) can do inspections. The price is fixed by the state ($28) so it is the same everywhere.
Your question can only be answered by someone who is familiar with your state. I believe that dealerships in PA are authorized to do inspections.
