Brake dust on wheel walls And Milage gauge question
Has anyone had their wheels, not rims or tires, but the walls of the wheel get so caked that nothing gets it off? Do I have to remove the wheels completely to get this off? I assume taking to get detailed will only get the surface and rims but not the whole inside walls?
Also, my MPG has been on 21.2mpg for years. Is there a way to rest that so it actually works?

Yes - it is like this all along the inner wall of all 4 wheels. I just spend like $30 on brushes that did absolutely nothing, even with the power washer at the car wash. all of the brushes are soft as hell and I feel like I need a long course brush, as the soft brush literally
did nothing whatsoever

You need to remove the wheels from the car in order to do a deep clean. Use an acid base cleaner like Purple Haze from Sterling Laboratories. Search that up and that should help. Its professional detailing products and unfortunately only comes in bulk, but I'm sure you will need a lot of it from what i see.
