Alarm Sounding while attempting to jump

My 2014 ILX has been parked since Feb and now the battery is dead; I am trying to jump it, but the alarm won't stop, and the key fobs won't unlock the car

charge up the battery until a level in which you can use the key fob to disarm

Use the key from the fob in the driver's door to unlock/disarm the alarm!

i am sort of surprised that there is enough left in the car battery to sound the alarm but not enough to recognize the key fob. You may want to also check the fob's bsattery.
