Does anybody know if aftermarket TPMS units will work with 2016 Acura ILX? I am going to purchase winter wheels and tires with TPMS attached from Discount Tire Direct and I am wondering if the sensors will work when I just swap the wheels. Or does dealership have to register the sensors? Once the sensors are registered, do they have to be re-programmed every time I swap wheels?

 

I put on winter wheels and they had come with TL sensors. My 16' ilx didn't recognize it and its annoying to see two lights on my dash.. I don't know how to fix it but if I were you id get tpms sensors off your stock wheels put on your winter wheels. To avoid any problems you may encounter.
