AcuraLink

Anyone having trouble with the AcuraLink app in terms of long connection time to communicate with ILX , or inaccurate fuel/mileage/oil levels?

The milage per gallon I noticed is odd. I'm only getting 25.7 miles per gallon and I don't have the car in sport mode. Though, this could be because I use 89 octane and not use 93 which is Premium. I was told at dealership that the car does want 93 but you can get away with 89 without ruining the car long term.....

I could only assume that driving with 89 octane is the reason why i only get 25.7

I use the cheapest regular on our 2013 ILX Tech with 150 hp. At 31K miles we regularly (no pun) get 37 to 39 mpg mostly on the highway and occasionally hit 40 mpg. We drive the speed limit and avoid jack rabbit starts. (2 on board with 2 suit cases in the trunk) in mostly town driving the average drops to 28 mpg
