I’ve been doing some research on a BBK upgrade for the 2019+. It seems like the OEM 2016-2017 accord and 2017-2020 civic SI front brake calipers are the same as the 2019+ ILX. I’ve seen people do the front Hyundai Genesis Brembo upgrade for the 2016-2017 Accord and 2017-2020 civic SI. Theoretically, if our brake calipers and rotors are the same as those cars, the brembos should bolt up with no issues for the 2019+ too. Thoughts?

Thanks for sharing this. This looks like something that would be a must for a track driven car. Does it make a big impact on a daily driver? I feel like my ILX can stop really quickly.

 

With the little driving I've done on it since i installed them, i think the braking has really improved from the oem set up. The car is not a daily for me and its already put away for the year. This is a very good option if you're looking to upgrade stopping power. Its definitely much cheaper than any other big brake kit option. If you are whiling to do the work and have the time this is a must even for a daily i think this looks much better and better braking.
