2016 Acura ILX interior fuse panel access

2016 Acura ILX interior fuse panel access

I would like to remove the lower dash panel on the left of the steering wheel for easier access to the fuse panel... what is the official way to remove this panel? I don't want to accidentally damage something.

i have not worked on a new ilx but if it is honda fashion a screw or two on the bottom then use a panal tool to pop the top off.
