32" TV died and...................
My old a$$ and figgin heavy 32" Toshiba TV died and now I need to get rid of it. Any idea where I take it to? recycle, or just toss this darn thing in the trash can for Thursday pickup?
Call either your local county sanitation office or whoever provides your sanitation services. They have special teams that handle this kind of disposal. There may be a fee involved though.

Call the town and see if they have a bulk pickup. Most trash haulers won't put something like that in a regular trash truck, at least near me they won't.
yeah they have recycle centers for that - I think like 1st saturday of each month for us or something like that I can throw stuff like that away - I drive up - pop the trunk and they take it out and close trunk - Away I go. They do not accept bodies tho.
damn... I called the trash company that picks up our trash and they said to put it out on pickup day and they will snag it. I told them it was big and heavy.. he said they will note it to be SURE to get picked up. So that was easy. lol
Thanks all!
